The First Amendment guarantees our right to free expression and free association, which means that the government does not have the right to forbid us from saying what we like and writing what we like; we can form clubs and organizations, and take part in demonstrations and rallies. We can kneel while the National Anthem is playing or not come out for the National Anthem.
For employment ads for our company we now always include “……and is an Equal Opportunity Employer; however those who disrespect our Flag, Anthem or Country need not apply.”

All Americans are hopefully thankful we have the First Amendment. We are very, very fortunate. Although they have the right, I am disgusted with anyone who disrespects our Country, Flag or Anthem. They will not have my ear. Such actions has caused the pendulum to move towards more racism in America. We all have the responsibility to take actions to unite and not divide our country.
